I got this a few years ago at a little antique store from Duluth, MN. Its a very small book, and I didn’t get all the pages on here. It has a total of 15 pages. Here a some.

I just managed to get a copy through an Amazon seller. It's a 2000 reprint with a different cover, but seems to have the same illustrations. Thanks for posting this... although I really shouldn't be spending any money at the moment. Haha!
